I was leaning towards giving Professor Color a '4' since this is my first time ordering ink for my Xerox ColorCube, and I’m not sure if there’s a better choice out there. But honestly, a '5' feels more fitting when I think about the company and my order experience. I reached out to customer service with some questions and chatted with a really knowledgeable person who addressed all my worries as a newbie buying ColorCube ink. The ordering process was a breeze. I really dig the savings from the 'by-pass key system' that lets you use cheaper OEM Xerox ink in the newer ColorCube models. It seems like Xerox jacks up the prices for the same ink based on the ColorCube model you own. Professor Color provides the by-pass key, so you don’t have to shell out more for the same ink. Big thanks to Professor Color!

I didn’t get my order shipped in the promised 2-day expedited timeframe. But when I reached out to customer service, they fixed everything so I could get the colors I needed on schedule.
